Bobbito García's Park Player Perspective

The Park Player Perspective is the world's first course that examines outdoor basketball’s rich history and culture while serving as a guide to the varied roles and skills that one can enjoy both on and off the court. This course is taught virtually by Bobbito García aka Kool Bob Love, and will cover the early development of pick-up games/summer tournaments, language, style, politics, legendary courts and players, global impact, and participation. 

Students can choose to be in person or virtual (worldwide).

Six one-hour sessions, Thursdays 6/20 til 8/1 (no class on 7/4)

Time: 12 noon ET (check your local time zone)

Cost for the full six-week course is $150.

Drop-in students are welcomed, too! Cost per session is $30.

SOLEcial Studies: Strictly For The Ladies

SOLEcial Studies is an award-winning sneaker industry education program that focuses on "non-design" related jobs and careers. Students are taught about the history of sneakers, their marriage to Hip-Hop culture, as well as many of the important ans lesser known aspects of the sneaker business. This is done by highlighting many of the non-creative jobs in the corporate sector.

The program has been taught to students in over 200 countries around the globe through various education partnerships.  The three core missions of SOLEcial Studies involve making our students smarter consumers, inspiring entrepreneurship and giving numerous example of jobs in the corporate ranks. Our dedicated post course mentorship and support are hallmarks to the success of our program.
